The total investment for the 2026 - 2027 Senior Rep Program is $600, covering your full senior collection, all group shoots, team sweatshirt, contests, and perks — with no hidden fees.

What is the Photography by Alexis Harris Senior Rep Program?
The Senior Rep Program is a year-long experience for selected seniors who represent Photography by Alexis Harris. Reps participate in exclusive photoshoots, earn referral rewards, and receive a full senior session at a discounted all-inclusive rate.

Is there a cost to join?
Yes. There is a one-time $600 investment, ($100 down payment due at consult call to hold your spot)
$500 paid in cash at the first senior rep photoshoot. This fee covers all photoshoots, your senior session, editing, galleries, and rep perks. There are no extra charges for downloads, galleries, or creative fees.

What are the expectations for Senior Reps?
Reps are expected to:
• Participate in scheduled group photoshoots
• Stay active and engaged throughout the year
• Share their photos on social media and tag @photographybyalexisharris
• Refer new clients using their personal code or link
• Represent the brand positively and exclusively throughout their senior year

Can reps work with other photographers?
Senior Reps agree to work exclusively with Photography by Alexis Harris for all senior photos during their rep year.
(They can still take phone pics, school sports photos, dance studio photos, etc.—just no paid or formal photoshoots with other photographers.)

How are Senior Reps selected?
Selections are based on personality, enthusiasm, involvement in school/community, and the desire to be part of a team.
No modeling experience is ever required!

What if my family can’t commit right away?
There is no obligation when you apply.
You’ll only commit if you’re selected and choose to move forward after the consultation call.

What if a rep can’t make every photoshoot?
Life happens! While participation is encouraged, missing a shoot or two is okay.
Consistent involvement helps you get the most out of the experience.

How are Senior Rep photo galleries delivered?
After our first photoshoot, both you and your parent will receive a text message with a link to your personal gallery. This gallery will stay the same throughout the entire year and will be updated with every photoshoot you participate in.
You and your parent can download all of your photos directly from the gallery link at any time. For the best print quality, I highly recommend downloading your images to a desktop or laptop before printing.

Do reps get paid?
This is not a paid modeling job. Instead, reps receive thousands of dollars in photography value at a discounted rate, plus opportunities to earn prizes and referral rewards.

What if my senior decides not to continue after being selected?
Just let Alexis know. There’s no penalty—your spot will simply be offered to another applicant.

Can families purchase prints or albums?
Yes! Prints, albums, and wall art are available for purchase, but they’re completely optional.
All digital images from your senior session are included at no additional cost.

How many people are chosen each year?
The team usually includes 10–15 seniors, depending on the number of standout applications.

How will Senior Reps be notified about their photoshoots?
Each Senior Rep and their parent will receive a personalized text message containing a link for every scheduled photoshoot. This link will include the date, time, and location, along with a brief questionnaire, required contract, invoice (if applicable), and helpful client guides. All essential details will be organized in one place to ensure you feel fully prepared for each session.

When does the program start?
The program kicks off with a March photoshoot for headshots and rep announcements, and it continues through your senior year.

Do reps need social media?
Having Instagram or TikTok is helpful but not required.
If a rep doesn’t post often, that’s okay — there are many other ways to stay involved!

Can parents come to the rep photoshoots?
To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, parents do not normally attend Senior Rep Team photoshoots. You’re welcome to drop off your senior and walk around the park or surrounding area while we shoot.
Parents are always invited to join the personal Senior Full Collection session, where we capture portraits unique to your senior.
